Russian River Rentals does not charge either set up or annual fees. Our outstanding web presence results in consistent bookings from a client base that is both international and local. We take customer care seriously, and build our business by creating relationships that last.
What's the Cost?
At Russian River Rentals we charge no set up fees and no yearly fees. Our fee is only taken when we book your home for you. Our fee is 25% of the total rental cost for your home for each booking that we make for you. We don't make money until you do.
What We Do For You:
- A Listing with one picture on the main Vacation Rentals listing page.
- A dedicated web page for your rental with up to 10 pictures.
- One free visit to your home to help you create your web page copy, list of amenities, take pictures, and offer advice on home repairs or appliance issues.
- Reservations
- Respond to Telephone and Email Inquiries.
- Rental Contract Agreements.
- Vacation Planning for your guests, including directions, general & property related info.
- Accepting Payments / Account Handling
- Taxes: all bed taxes are taken for you and distributed on your behalf accordingly.
- Cleaning Service Co-ordination: after the departure of each tenant
