If you're looking for a delightful sun-filled hillside cottage overlooking the redwoods and just steps to downtown Guerneville, then look no further.

Comfy leather overstuffed chairs and the loveseat seat 4. There's more than ample room for everyone. It's a superb space for gathering round for a movie, a game, or escaping in a good book. Nesting tables are thoughtfully tucked away in the corner and can be moved around the room as you see fit.

Summery and bright, the living room is a great place to unwind. The front screen door, French doors and ceiling fan create a wonderful cross breeze and invite in the forest beyond.

The recently updated kitchen is open, spacious and bright. It includes all modern appliances, and makes entertaining easy with the roomy eat-in dining table nook. The second bedroom is located through the door off the back of the kitchen.

In the eat-in kitchen, a cute country dining table comfortably seats 4. Enjoy a bright and early breakfast to the backdrop of redwoods.

After a day of perusing some of the renowned Russian River wineries, this is a fabulous spot to relax, uncork a savory bottle of one of your local finds, and watch as dusk settles in.

This is one of two nearly identical bedrooms. Both bedrooms are outfitted with queen-size beds and cozy furnishings.

Located off the living room and accessible to both bedrooms, the recently remodeled bathroom has sparkling new fixtures and a shower stall.

Spend breakfast, lunch, dinner or the entire day at this ideally placed outdoor dining area on the lower back deck. The electric barbeque is only a few steps away.

The hot tub is located on the lower deck and tucked away under the landing - making it very private and enjoyable year-round.

Please Note: most Holidays are an additional 10%

County tax is 11% on top of home rental cost.

Cleaning Fee: $85 (includes linens).

Damage Fee: In lieu of the standard security deposit there will be a non refundable damage fee of $40.00, which will relieve renters of the costs for all unintentional and incidental damage to the rental home or its contents up to a maximum of $500. The damage fee DOES NOT cover intentional damage, excessive cleaning (including dirty dishes), unscheduled hot tub drain/refill, loss of a watercraft, or damage resulting from any violation of the rental agreement (i.e. exceeding the maximum number of guests), house rules, or dog rules.

$20 dollar booking fee (non-refundable).
