This home has spectacular landscaping designed to provide you with year round beauty. On its extensive assortment of decks you'll find an abundance of comfortable outdoor furniture, a gas barbecue, and plenty of sunshine.

Some of the special outdoor amenities include a 5 person hot tub nestled in a redwood grove and a picnic table on moss in a separate redwood dell.

High ceilings and a panoramic view through walls of glass provide a tree house ambiance. Inside, you'll find 2000 square feet of living space, a large living room with beautiful wood stove, dining room, gourmet kitchen, and a separate den. The open floor plan gives the whole house a light and airy feel. This house is full of a variety of first class amenities.

Just in case, Monte Rio Retreat provides you with an office equipped with a phone & fax machine.

Walk into the house via a beautiful slate entrance hall into rooms lined with wool carpeting, and enjoy a fascinating international art collection displayed throughout the house.

Huge windows throughout the house provide you great light and fantastic views from all corners of the house.

This spectacular master bath is outfitted with a slate shower for two surrounded by glass block, and opens onto a view of redwoods.

The master bedroom provides a comfortable, queen bed, exquisite decor, TV, and master bath.

The second smaller bedroom also has a queen bed and its own bathroom (tub/shower).

This secluded hot tub allows for complete privacy.

This beach is just a 5 minute walk from the house!

Prices for Monte Rio Retreat
Please Note: most Holidays are an additional 10%

County tax is 11% on top of home rental cost.

Cleaning Fee: $90 (includes linens).

Damage Fee: In lieu of the standard security deposit there will be a non refundable damage fee of $40.00, which will relieve renters of the costs for all unintentional and incidental damage to the rental home or its contents up to a maximum of $500. The damage fee DOES NOT cover intentional damage, excessive cleaning (including dirty dishes), unscheduled hot tub drain/refill, loss of a watercraft, or damage resulting from any violation of the rental agreement (i.e. exceeding the maximum number of guests), house rules, or dog rules.

Refundable Dog/Pet Deposit: $50

$20 dollar booking fee (non-refundable).
