Rio Vista means "River View" and the views of the river here are endless. From the deck that wraps around 3 sides of the cabin, or any room in the house, you'll have this gorgeous vista as a backdrop for a relaxing stay at the river.
Perched on a hill above the river, and situated on a curve in the river, you can see both upriver and downriver for miles. It's simply glorious.

This beautiful home is brand new, having just been rebuilt from the ground up. Each room is bestowed with huge windows, capitalizing on the amazing views and making for a light, bright space.
Although not large, the cabin is beautifully designed so that it feels spacious and uncluttered. The living room contains a very efficient wood burning stove as well as a mounted flat-screen TV.

The kitchen is a delight, with stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher) and a large table that separates the kitchen and living room. Two side-by-side sets of sliding glass doors give great access to the large deck and increase the sense of light and space.
The deck runs the length of the house and contains comfortable furniture and a gas grill.

Rio Vista is also incredibly private, so it's a fabulously romantic retreat.
Both bedrooms are located upstairs, and the master bedroom is quite spacious, with a CA King bed and a separate work space to one side.

The ample-sized bathroom has lovely fixtures like this marble-topped vanity and clawfoot tub.
A great place to sit and watch the river float by. Please note that Rio Vista does get a little road noise on the deck since the river is essentially in a canyon, but with double-paned windows throughout, the house is very peaceful.

Prices for Rio Vista Please Note: most Holidays are an additional 10%
1 week minimum booking from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor day Weekend.
2 day minimum the rest of the year, 3 days on holiday weekends, 4 days for Christmas and Thanksgiving.
County tax is 11% on top of home rental cost.
Cleaning Fee: $90 (includes linens).
Damage Fee: In lieu of the standard security deposit there will be a non refundable damage fee of $40.00, which will relieve renters of the costs for all unintentional and incidental damage to the rental home or its contents up to a maximum of $500. The damage fee DOES NOT cover intentional damage, excessive cleaning (including dirty dishes), unscheduled hot tub drain/refill, loss of a watercraft, or damage resulting from any violation of the rental agreement (i.e. exceeding the maximum number of guests), house rules, or dog rules.
Refundable Dog/Pet Deposit: $50 per animal
$20 dollar booking fee (non-refundable).
