The main house features open beam ceilings and lots of filtered light. Sink into the leather couch and enjoy a good book in front of the fireplace. That's the front deck outside the window; the 32-inch TV is just to the right of the fireplace.

This newly remodelled kitchen has plenty of space to work in and all the amenities and cookware you'll need, including a dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, blender, a new set of knives, full set of new dishes, and plastic ware for kids and picnics.

This spacious master bedroom opens onto a patio and has plenty of closet space. You'll get a great night's sleep on the pillow-top queen-size bed. The adjoining bathroom has a tub/shower and a stall shower.

With two decks, two patio, with patio furniture and umbrellas everywhere, you'll have no problem finding sun, shade, and privacy.

Take a load off your feet and mind and bask in the tranquil surroundings in the four-person hot tub, or, for that matter, anywhere on this spacious deck.

That's an old-time brick barbeque -- ideal for gatherings, with plenty of space to assemble shish-kabobs.

Remember: human beings are genetically designed to be outside all day, every day. It feels good!

This cozy cabin sits above and behind the main house, and is totally self-contained, with a full bathroom, refrigerator, cable tv, vcr/dvd, and cd player.

Knotty pine walls and furniture, cozy queen-size bed, and plenty of closet space in this classic cabin. The bathroom is to the right.

Summer Home Park, founded in 1908, feels like a throwback to an earlier, simpler time, when summers were lazy and lasted forever. Uniquely on this stretch of river, it offers all kinds of summer activities. The Lodge serves food and drinks, and offers games, a pool table, and outdoor seating overlooking the beautiful river. There's also an outdoor movie theater and summer barbeques with local entertainment at the recreation center. This is an ideal place to turn the kids loose.

This idyllic turn in the river is the nicest beach for miles, and it's available only to Summer Home Park residents and guests (you). Stroll across the summer bridge and you'll find your own personal umbrella table and chairs waiting for you. Also at your disposal is a canoe, docked at the riverbank.

County tax is 11% on top of home rental cost.

Cleaning Fee: $80 (includes linens).

Damage Fee: In lieu of the standard security deposit there will be a non refundable damage fee of $40.00, which will relieve renters of the costs for all unintentional and incidental damage to the rental home or its contents up to a maximum of $500. The damage fee DOES NOT cover intentional damage, excessive cleaning (including dirty dishes), unscheduled hot tub drain/refill, loss of a watercraft, or damage resulting from any violation of the rental agreement (i.e. exceeding the maximum number of guests), house rules, or dog rules.

Refundable Dog/Pet Deposit: $50

$20 dollar booking fee (non-refundable).
