If you're looking for a wine country experience, look no further than your front door. Vineyard Cottage is a stylish, comfortable home that overlooks a picturesque vineyard yet is only a few minutes' walk to the river.

This unique and eclectic cottage is comprised of two separate buildings that are connected by this lovely open-air atrium -- it's basically a great room with a perfect view of the stars!

The cozy living room and kitchen are in one building, then you walk through the enclosed patio to reach the bedrooms and bathroom.

The living room includes this adorable wood stove that makes for the perfect romantic evening.

The compact kitchen includes everything you need for preparing fabulous meals to accompany the day's wine discoveries.

This sweet eat-in dining area is part of the large kitchen, and has a view out to the open-air patio. Lots of light and windows make all the spaces at Vineyard Cottage appealing!

The master bedroom is large and bright and airy -- a veritable sanctuary with extensive vineyard views to soothe and relax you.

The perfect spot to sit and relax with a glass of wine or a good book.

The full bathroom with custom tile shower is located in between and accessible to both bedrooms.

The second, smaller bedroom is located just off the enclosed patio. It's a sweet retreat with queen-size bed and lots of books!

The private front patio has a nice patio set for relaxing, a comfy hammock, and a charcoal grill for outdoor dining.

This vineyard is the only thing across the street from the house. What a view!

Drake's Beach is less than a 10 minute walk from the house. It's big and sunny, just the thing for a great summer vacation.

Prices for Vineyard Cottage
Please Note: most Holidays are an additional 10%

County tax is 11% on top of home rental cost.

Cleaning Fee: $85 (includes linens).

Damage Fee: In lieu of the standard security deposit there will be a non refundable damage fee of $40.00, which will relieve renters of the costs for all unintentional and incidental damage to the rental home or its contents up to a maximum of $500. The damage fee DOES NOT cover intentional damage, excessive cleaning (including dirty dishes), unscheduled hot tub drain/refill, loss of a watercraft, or damage resulting from any violation of the rental agreement (i.e. exceeding the maximum number of guests), house rules, or dog rules.

Refundable Dog/Pet Deposit: $75 per animal

$20 dollar booking fee (non-refundable).
