Details (unless noted in house description at top of this page)
- 1 week minimum booking from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor day Weekend. Contact us for details.
- 3 day minimum following Labor Day through September 30.
- 2 to 6 day minimum the rest of the year, 3 days on holiday weekends, 4 nights to 1 week for Christmas and Thanksgiving.
- Please Note: An additional 10% surcharge is applied to bookings for most holidays.
County Tax: 14% on top of home rental cost.
Security Deposit: $500 refundable security deposit.
Pet Cleaning Fee: $50 per animal (if applicable).
Service Fee: $60 (non-refundable).
Please be aware that the Russian River area has many narrow, windy roads, and that many homes are on hills and some have many stairs. If either of these factors could be an issue for you, please discuss your concerns with us before booking a home.
Docks, river access and watercraft (if applicable) are seasonal. Please contact us for details on availability.
